Membership and or authorization
from the following organization is require to operate a legal
trekking agency in Nepal. Asahi Treks has all the required
documents approved by concern authority as bellow, this is why
we are proud to be a LEGAL TREKKING AGENCY in Nepal.
- License obtained by the Office of Company Registrar, His Majesty Government of Nepal
- License from the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Avition, His Majesty Government of Nepal (MoCTCA).
- License from the Department of Cottage Industry, His majesty Government of Nepal.
- Letter of authorization from the Nepal Rastra Bank (Centre Bank of Nepal).
- Income Tax Registration Certificate.
- Guides' certificate from the Tourism Training Centre.
- Climbing Guide Certificate.
Similarly we are the member of respective organization as
bellow:
- Membership of Trekking Agents Association of Nepal (TAAN).
- Membership of Nepal Mountaineering Association of Nepal
(NMA).
- Member of the Kathmandu Environmental Education Project
(KEEP).
