How to make a reservation.
Please send a deposit 30% of the total cost in US $ per person for each tour, trek or expedition, together with your signed booking form, to Asahi Treks & Expedition. We will then confirm availability of your tour or trek in writing and forward all relevant information and trip Dossier/s.


Payment
An advance of 30% is required when booking the tour, trekking or trip, to be paid 30 days before departure.

The remaining balance has to be paid in Kathmandu before trekking or trip departure.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation should be made 7 days before departure and 50% cancellation charge is approved beside tax, transportation and permit. Cancellation before 3 months from the departure date will be charged 30%, cancellation within 1 month from the departure date will be charged 40%. Cancellation less than a week from the depature date will not be refunded.
2. In case of incomplete trek due to the customer’s own problem, sickness and unfavorable weather, the amount of money paid will not be refundable.
3. A Charge of per person per day basis payable by directly to the guide if the trekking is extended more than the given itinerary.
